Keith Hamilton`s Retiral

Easter Sunday which is a time of Hope and Celebration for all Christians was also a day of mixed emotions for many members of Busby Parish Church especially the choir and their organist, Mr. Keith Hamilton.

After over 30 years Keith demitted office to take up a post as a Musical Examiner which means that he will be overseas at regular intervals. He therefore felt he could no longer give the time or commitment to Busby Church which he had given in the past. In a busy Church Keith was presented with a gift and a cheque which reflected the affection and appreciation of of the congregation for all his years of dedicated service to Busby Parish Church.

On Friday 26th March, the choir hosted a Farewell Meal for Keith and his wife Grace l in Williamwood Golf Club where he was also presented with several gifts and Grace was presented with beautiful flowers.

It was a night of mixed emotions for Keith as he said Farewell to His Choir.
