Youth Organisations

Busby Parish Church has several organisations for young people. They are as follows:-

Sunday School which meets on a Sunday morning in the large hall during school terms at 11.00a.m. in the church hall during school term time. The Sunday School is for children between the ages of 3 and 12  years.

Teenscene used to meet on a Sunday morning during school term time at 11.00a.m.  Teenscene is for young people of secondary school age and they meet on the stage hall. If you know of anyone who is interested in leading Teenscene and any who wish to come along, please contact either the minister, Rev. J. Eve or the Session Clerk, Mr. Gordon Kay.

There is also a creche in the East Room on a Sunday morning for children who are aged less than 3 years during school term time.

On a Monday morning the Mother and Toddler Group meet in the church hall at around 9.30a.m.on school weeks.

On a Monday evening the Brownies meet in the church hall at 6.45p.m.on school weeks.

On a Tuesday evening the Guides meet in the church hall at 7.00p.m. on school weeks.

There is also an opportunity for young people to participate in the Drama Group which meets on a Monday evening in the Stage Hall at 7.30p.m.irrespective of school weeks.
