Busby Men
Welcome to Busby Men! We’re a friendly group of 20 blokes from Busby and nearby areas, and we’d love for you to join us. We meet at the White Cart Pub on the last Tuesday of each month (September to May) from 10:30 AM to about 12:00 PM—just long enough for a good chat and a cuppa.
We’re a speaking club with a twist: half the time, we share presentations with each other—think stories from our careers, hobbies, family history, current events, or whatever’s on our minds. The other half, we bring in outside speakers to mix things up. It’s all very laid-back—whether you fancy having a go yourself or just kicking back to listen, you’ll fit right in.
We’re free to visitors (and right now, thanks to a community grant, there’s no cost to anyone), so now’s the ideal time — just pop along and see if it suits you. We know joining a new group can feel a bit daunting as we get older, but we’re an easygoing bunch who enjoy a laugh and good company. New faces are always welcome!
